In this unique collaboration, local artists and writers join annually to build off each other’s work. For several months, visual artists work in their chosen medium to respond to a 250-word piece by a local writer, while writers pen a response to an artist’s piece. All the works are then collected in a book. Tandy has been involved in the project since its inception in 2016 and contributed two stories to each collection of poetry, prose and full-colour artworks corresponding with each writing.
